Rent increases have pushed three Australian cities into the rankings of the world’s 50 most expensive office markets according to CB Richard Ellis’ Global Market Rents Survey, released today.

Sydney moved significantly up the list, leapfrogging Brisbane to regain its mantle as the most expensive Australian office market. Sydney now sits at number 38, up from 48 just six months ago.

Office rents also increased considerably in Perth, which moved to number 41; Brisbane moved up one position – from 47 to 46.
