Joanne Macbeth joins the team armed with a wealth of experience having previously held the role of property management executive with Australasia’s largest real estate and property group, Ray White.
Loan Market Group's Queensland state manager Andrew White said Ms Macbeth will be based in Brisbane and will focus on promoting further integration of Loan Market brokers within Ray White residential real estate offices.
"With Joanne joining the Queensland Loan Market team means we now have seven dedicated managers with a variety of focuses to look after our brokers,” he said.
Mr White said an elite broker working with a Ray White real estate business can deliver outstanding outcomes for buyers and sellers.
“Joanne's key role will be to drive up integration rates within the Ray White offices, leading to more referrals and more brokers working in offices,” he said.
“When you are a business partner of the largest real estate brand in the country, you have to show it the respect it deserves.
“Investment in this resource is an investment in the future of the relationship, and the future of our brokers.
"We are proud to work with Ray White, with almost half our brokers already receiving referrals from the group.”
