Yesterday, Mortgage Choice appointed Leah Nugent to the new role in anticipation that she will provide practical support and advice to the franchise network, helping to improve broker productivity and efficiency.
A former business development manager at FAST, Ms Nugent brings over 10 years finance industry experience to the team.
Mortgage Choice NSW/ACT state manager David Ewens said Ms Nugent would add “immense value to the state team” having previously been a broker herself.
“She is well-resourced to provide the direction, leadership and coaching needed to ensure that we continue to improve the quality service provided to our network of brokers,” he said.
Speaking about her appointment, Ms Nugent said she was eager and excited to work with “the best in the business.”
“I’m looking forward to working with and adding value to an already-high performing state team, and meeting the state’s network of passionate franchisees,” she said.
“I will challenge myself to continue to develop my knowledge of the industry and I’m confident I will be able to use my skills to help Mortgage Choice franchisees build better businesses.”
