Mortgage broker Loan Market has moved to new premises in Maroochydore on the Queensland Sunshine Coast.
Loan Market Sunshine Coast senior finance broker Lindy Kelly and her team held an official welcome event at their new office at 1/22 Denna Street, Maroochydore, last Wednesday night.
More than 70 guests attended the function to celebrate Loan Market’s move into a larger, prestige office in Master Builders House in the Maroochy Waters Shopping Complex.
“It was fantastic to have such a strong turnout to christen the new office,” Ms Kelly said.
Loan Market Maroochydore is also hosting a free seminar for self-managed super funds (SMSF) and property investors on the Sunshine Coast.
She said the seminar would cover topics ranging from applying for SMSF loans to finding the right property.
“The seminar will focus on how to obtain a loan for an investment property using an SMSF,” she said.
