Speaking to The Adviser, Advantedge’s general manager for broker platforms, Steve Kane, said brokers play a key role in ensuring aggregators’ software offerings continue to progress.
“With technology changing more rapidly than ever, we’d recommend brokers constantly evaluate their software and keep the conversation going around what improvements they need,” Mr Kane said.
“Only then can we continue to deliver the right kind of solutions and ensure we remain one step ahead.”
Mr Kane said supplying ‘next generation technology’ was a key component of Advantedge’s value proposition.
“We undertook extensive broker research when designing the release of the new Podium 2.0. Brokers told us they wanted faster data entry, a more sophisticated marketing system, streamlined processes and continued support to utilise the power of their software.
“All these elements, and more, have been incorporated into Podium 2.0.”
Mr Kane said broker feedback had been essential in developing and improving the Podium platform, and FAST, PLAN and Choice brokers could expect the innovations to continue.
