FINSURE’s national business manager Adrian Lee said the first intake of interns would commence in the first half of February.
“I’m excited by the quality of these young guns who will have fresh eyes capable of lifting the bar for the entire industry,” Mr Lee said.
“The FINSURE internship is the only program that genuinely targets real talent. For us, recruitment is not a volume game, it’s a quality play.
“With interest in broking at an all-time high, there’s a growing trend of younger generations beginning to enter and reinvigorate the industry.”
The FINSURE program selects standout talent from related industries and offers them a scholarship to gain their Cert IV, Diploma and MFAA accreditations alongside in-house training with top brokers over a period of six months.
The internship program, which includes training on the latest changes under National Consumer Credit Protection legislation, is designed to give proven professionals a jump start in their broking careers.
