Earlier this year, Miranda-based brokerage Birdie Wealth completed a hat-trick by taking home three awards. We catch up with principal Nathan Smith and the Loan Administrator of the Year, Rebecca McIlwain, to find out what makes a winning team.

At our 10th annual Australian Broking Awards, run in partnership with NAB, NSW brokerage Birdie Wealth completed a hat-trick by taking home three awards on the night: Office of the Year - Non-franchise; Social and Community Engagement Program of the Year; and Loan Administrator of the Year (Rebecca McIlwain).
