Brian Jones has stepped down from his role as Homeloans Ltd managing director, according to a statement lodged with the ASX this week.

Mr Jones will step down immediately, the statement said, but will be available on an as needs basis until 31 December.

Homeloans’ chairman Tim Holmes will assume role of CEO on an interim basis until an appropriate long term candidate is selected.

Mr Jones was part of the Homeloans team for more than four years, and was managing director since January 2006.
