Prime Minister Kevin Rudd will seek international support for a crackdown on rating agencies and executive salaries at the G20 Summit this weekend.

According to The Australian Financial Review Mr Rudd’s recommendations for ratings agencies, which he has blamed  as major contributors to the global financial crisis, include imposing a financial services licence requirement and annual compliance reports.

A government review of credit agencies is set to be released next week.
