Despite NAB’s decision not to pass on any of this month’s RBA cash rate reduction, its Homeside division will drop rates by 0.10 per cent, effective this Friday.
The move will bring Homeside’s HomePlus Home Loan Special Offer rate for loans greater than $250,000 to 5.07 per cent.
Homeside’s reduction falls in line with CBA, ANZ and Westpac, who all announced 0.10 per cent rate reductions last week.
