LJ Hooker Financial Services’ expansion plans are on track with the franchise recording strong recruitment numbers.
At the beginning of the year LJ Hooker said it would look to recruit 100 new brokers in 2009 as a result of strong volume growth.

“Our recruitment drive has seen us put on 22 new mortgage brokers in just two months,” LJ Hooker Financial Services general manager Peter Bromley said yesterday.
“Our recruitment target to the end of the year is 100 mortgage brokers but this may increase since growth levels look like they will continue to move upwards, particularly following the federal government’s decision to extend the boost to the first home buyers grant,” he said.
The franchise recruited the largest number of new recruits in Queensland (13) followed by four for both Victoria and Tasmania and one in South Australia.
