Commercial brokers have a new source of funding via Australian First Mortgage (AFM) with the mortgage manager now appointed to Adelaide Bank’s panel of commercial lenders.
AFM, which has been on Adelaide Bank’s residential panel since 2003, will be ready to write commercial loans from mid September 2009.

The company’s founding director Iain Forbes said the appointment represented a big win for the company who has long supported its commercial division.

When dealing with AFM for its commercial products, clients and introducers will work directly with three senior commercial specialists – Iain Forbes, David White and Noel Brown.
