Sydney and Melbourne have continued their run of high clearance rates over the weekend, data from Australian Property has shown.
Both capital cities recorded clearance rates over 70 per cent.

The clearance rate in Sydney was 72.0 per cent, up from 46.8 per cent recorded this time last year.
A six bedroom house in Balgowlah Heights was the most expensive property sold over the weekend for $5.825 million; the cheapest was a two bedroom unit in Roselands which sold for $237,000.
Melbourne recorded a clearance rate of 76.0 per cent.
More than 200 properties were sold in the capital city for a total of $107.3 million.
Adelaide and Brisbane did not fare as well over the weekend, recording clearance rates of 46.9 per cent and 40.4 per cent respectively.
In Brisbane only 19 properties were sold for a total of $7.3 million.
