Victorian real estate market spokesperson Robert Larocca has joined RP Data to report on the latest property market conditions.
Mr Larocca spent eight years at the Real Estate Institute of Victoria and so is an expert on the Victorian property market.
He has worked in the private, government and community sectors where he has consulted for a range of organisations on government policy and media relations.
Mr Larocca served as a councillor for six years from 1999 for the City of Moreland, including a term as mayor, and then as a senior adviser for the Victorian Minister for Consumer Affairs, ICT and Small Business as well as the federal shadow assistant treasurer.
He has established himself as a well-known and respected spokesperson on property and business matters in the Victorian community.
RP Data’s research director Tim Lawless and CEO Graham Mirabito welcomed Mr Larocca to the team, noting his knowledge of the industry and housing market as well as his diverse networks and the strong connection he has with the state’s property market, members and professionals.
