A leading non-bank lender has announced an extension to its ‘No Application Fee’ campaign on all full doc and low doc home loans to 31 March 2014.

National sales manager at Liberty Financial John Mohnacheff said the lender had decided to extend the no application fee offer on the back of an overwhelming response to the campaign in the lead-up to Christmas.

“We had really positive feedback and great take-up of this campaign closing out the year,” he said. “So we’re delighted to be able to extend the offer for another three months.”

The campaign was launched at the beginning of November last year, with Mr Mohnacheff claiming at the time that savings could reach as much as $1,995 for custom clients and $995 for prime clients.

We have great products for first home buyers, refinancers, up and downsizers, and debt consolidation,” Mr Mohnacheff said.

“These savings will help our customers avoid the holiday hangover, organise their finances and start 2014 on the right financial foot,” he added.
