Two new categories have been introduced for this year’s awards: Best Customer Service – Individual and Best Customer Service – Office.
The Adviser’s publisher, Jim Hall, said customer service was integral to the success of any broker or brokerage and the development of the two new categories will showcase the nation’s top performing operators.
“These awards will offer a powerful marketing tool for the recipients. It’s a business-changing accolade to secure and competition for these awards will be fierce,” he said.
“Our decision to expand our awards program to include these two customer service awards is certainly a good one.
“Downloads for these two categories have been particularly strong, reflecting the emphasis brokers and broker groups place on creating a good customer experience.”
Meanwhile, NAB Broker and Citi have signed on as platinum partners for the Australian Broking Awards, Suncorp Bank, Bankwest and Pepper have been confirmed as gold partners, while St George will return as the event’s entertainment partner.
