The winner of the Best Office – Franchise category at the 2014 Australian Broking Awards is on track to claim a billion-dollar loan book.
Aussie Parramatta took home the gong at the awards in August last year, and is hoping to achieve its goal by 2018.

Aussie Parramatta franchisee Ross Le Quesne told The Adviser that the office aims to consistently settle $30 million per month in mortgages.
Mr Le Quense said winning the award has allowed his business to grow by approximately 28 per cent and has reinforced Aussie Parramatta’s reputation.
“We use it on all our email signatures,” he said.
“It’s a point of difference when we’re communicating with clients. When we’re presenting our seminars, it’s a good thing to promote as an achievement, and it also gives us that credibility amongst our clients and our referral partners.”
Submissions for the 2015 Australian Broking Awards, partnered by Commonwealth Bank, close on Monday 4 May, with the winners to be announced at a five-star luncheon at the Royal Hall of Industries in Sydney on 31 July.
