“We have spent time listening carefully to brokers not only about what is important to them for business success but also about what support they are looking for to optimise their business,” says Mr Moore. “At the end of the day, it’s their business and we appreciate our brokers have their own set of challenges and opportunities, so it’s critical to provide tailored support.”
Mr Moore believes technology plays a large role in enabling brokers to run a more efficient and effective business. To help brokers keep pace with the latest trends, Choice is continuously making updates to their market leading broker technology platform, Podium 2.0.

“Peer2Peer learning is fundamental to professional development; in fact it shapes our agenda,” he says.
“We run local workshops across the country every week. This arms brokers with the best tools possible in an increasingly competitive market and enables them to learn from the best in the industry – each other.”
