We are a privately-owned Australian company and have just celebrated our 12th birthday.
We handle all key areas of the loan process. Our people are responsive, accountable, accessible and have a ‘can do’ attitude, allowing us to make the customer the centre piece of our process.

Mortgages
As a non-bank lender, Iden holds in-house delegated lending authorities from our funders that enable us to approve, process, settle and manage transactions from our offices. Our funders include major Australian banks
and securitised funding.
These authorities allow us to provide fast turnaround times for decisions on loan applications, variations, increases, substitutions and bridging loans. We also offer products with linked Visa cards for accessing funds at an ATM or EFTPOS, offset accounts for depositing funds, and secure online internet banking.
Leasing is back!
After an absence due to the GFC, Iden Leasing is back – and better than ever.
We are funders, NOT brokers, so we make the decisions ourselves.
Struggling with cash flow? Turnaround time for small ticket deals is generally one to three days, while large ticket deals can take between one and two weeks. Payment is made once you return the client’s original documentation to the Iden office.
Iden Leasing funds plant and equipment, vehicles and yellow goods from $2,000. You will have:
- access to the market’s best no doc/alt doc product
- no volume requirements
- a great brokerage structure sale and lease back up to 6 months
- competitive rates
