In a blow to the Queensland residential property sector over 200 residential building projects have been left in the lurch following the collapse of property group Real Property Constructions.
According to the Sydney Morning Herald, the property group had its license suspended by the Queensland Building Services Authority following an investigation into its finances.

The group had started 40 projects in Brisbane and the Gold Coast, 137 on the Sunshine Coast and 56 in the Maryborough and Hervey Bay area.
