Based in Parramatta, AMP Financial Planning managing director Michael Guggenheimer said the centre represented another milestone in the company’s desire to provide all Australians advice around their financial needs.
“We’re creating a financial planning destination where customers can select from a number of planners with different areas of expertise under one roof so that they get the planner and the advice that’s right for them.”
The centre will have up to 20 financial planners along with dedicated support staff.
“This model is really suited to planners who want to expand their business but also want to have more time to focus on advising their clients," Mr Guggenheimer said.
