Lend outlined that the panel extension would provide brokers with a greater diversity of options in transaction types, length of trading terms, products, and asset classes, including sales and hire back and capital raising.
Andrew Moulds, head of asset finance at Lend, commented: “The panel extension provides brokers with an even broader suite of alternative asset finance lending options for their SME clients.
“This is increasingly important because diversification is ‘King’ to both future-proof brokers’ businesses and further support SME clients – particularly those that don’t meet the stringent lending requirements of mainstream lenders.
“The founding premise of Lend’s platform is to support diversification by doing the heavy lifting through its sophisticated product-lender matching technology.
“This saves time, reduces error and supports brokers universally – independent of their commercial finance maturity and financial literacy levels.”
He added: “In addition, the implementation of several user experience enhancements now makes the platform more intuitive, which overall, we hope will support broker confidence and escalate their ability to diversify.”
