The ongoing drought is having a big effect on property buying patterns, according to property investment advisory service Hotspotting.
Reported in The Australian, along with several daily papers, Hotspotting claims an “oasis change” will soon take off as Aussies start swapping level five water restrictions for towns with high rainfalls or secure water supplies. Townsville, Perth, Maleny, Dubbo and Hobart all made the list of ‘oasis change’ targets.
