Sydney’s elite real estate market is going strong, thanks to a new record sale.
According to a report in The Daily Telegraph, Sydney dentist and medical innovator David Penn has bought a $52 million Point Piper harbour front property – trumping the previous $45 million record set for a Sydney property.

According to property sources, Mr Penn and his wife, Linda, sold their Bellvue Hill house just over a week ago for a cool $23.5 million.
The agent in the sale of both properties, LJ Hooker Double Bay's Bill Malouf, said a confidentiality agreement prevented him commenting on the Point Piper deal.
