The group has announced the appointment of two new partnership managers to its South Australian team, extending offerings in the state.
Nic Travar and Danielle Menadue have both joined the South Australian PCF Group team, led by state director Erin Manhood. Ms Manhood stated the South Australian team now “boasts over 144 years’ local industry experience”.
Mr Travar previously worked as a broker, however, he spent most of his career with BankSA in senior business banking and commercial intermediaries roles and had worked closely with PCF Group brokers over his 18-year tenure with the bank.
Prior to her appointment, Ms Menadue worked as a home finance manager for Westpac and a senior credit manager for the St.George brand within the Westpac group.
The duo started their new roles on 14 November.
Ms Manhood commented on the new appointments: “What excites me the most about our team is the diverse experience and skillset they have, which will enable us to give so much value back to our broker partners.

“Both Nic and Danielle are also two individuals who have very strong brands within the finance industry and both actually came highly-recommended from others within the sector, which speaks to their reputation and respect amongst their peers,” Ms Manhood stated.
She added that the team will be able to provide South Australian brokers with “unrivalled support and businesses opportunities”.
Mr Travar stated he will help brokers “focus on what they’re best at” while providing support in the background.
“The team that Erin’s putting together here in South Australia is also full of people that I know and respect, and working with them is something I’m really looking forward to,” Mr Travar added.
Ms Menadue said she will be focusing on sharing her knowledge and experience and educating South Australian brokers.
“I’m passionate about educating and building capabilities, and very much looking forward to bringing my credit background to collaborate with and add value to our broker partners,” she added.
These appointments follow PCF Group recruiting Rob Thomas as the new state director for Queensland.
Mr Thomas will be providing the state’s brokers with new support and carries a background in banking and broking for over 20 years as well as senior leadership roles with AMP Bank.
Mr Thomas’ new role takes effect as of 12 December 2022.
