Zarko Jokic joins Credit Fix Solutions

by Annie Kane11 minute read

The former MFAA state manager for NSW/ACT, Zarko Jokic, has joined the credit repair company as its inaugural industry engagement manager.

Mortgage industry specialist Zarko Jokic has joined Credit Fix Solutions as its first industry engagement manager.

The company, which has been offering credit repair services for finance brokers and their clients for the past decade, appointed the industry veteran to the new role in March 2023 to help it service its broker market and broaden Credit Fix Solutions’ relationships in the third-party channel.

Speaking of the appointment, Credit Fix Solutions chief executive and founder Victoria Coster said the new position was created after the business had “reached a level of maturity” that required “someone special to be able to service the market, to be able to service our database, and to be able to service the industry as a whole”.

Ms Coster noted Mr Jokic’s 20-year history in the mortgage broking industry — including his seven years as state manager for NSW/ACT at the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) as well as his BDM and relationship management experience at Loan Market and Aussie — commenting: “'I’m extremely humbled and honoured to have Zarko join the team. With his skill set and reach across the mortgage broking industry, I’m excited to see what he will achieve with the Credit Fix Solutions brand.

“Zarko will be helping us to establish and maintain more deep and meaningful relationships within the industry. You will see Zarko at events in person, at events online and you will see Zarko championing the services that Credit Fix Solutions provides because were all about productivity.

“If we can help mortgage and finance brokers to turn a scenario from ‘not a deal right now’ to ‘a deal with options right now’, weve done the work we set out to do.”

Speaking of his new position, Mr Jokic added: “I have known Victoria and the Credit Fix Solutions team since November 2015. In that time, Victoria has been a great supporter both personally and professionally, and has always supported MFAA events nationally.

“When I identified where I wanted to spend my time and energy post the MFAA, I wanted to work with people I knew, I trusted and with those I believed I could add value to. Victoria and the Credit Fix Solutions team ticked all three boxes for me.

“It’s been an absolute revelation and a whole lot of fun helping Victoria and the Credit Fix Solutions team spread the word about the great work we do. I have been really encouraged by the feedback received from mortgage and finance brokers when they have utilised the services of Credit Fix Solutions and they've turned a ‘maybe’ into a ‘yes’ for their clients.”

The new appointment comes as Credit Fix Solutions grows its presence in market. Mortgage manager Rate Money recently appointed the company as its dedicated credit report education and credit repair service provider.

Welcoming the new partnership, Ms Coster concluded: “With Rate Money signing us up as its dedicated credit report education and credit repair service provider, 2023 is looking to be our biggest year yet.”
