According to data from Australian Property Monitors, just 57.9 per cent of properties cleared in Sydney over the weekend, down from 61.8 per cent last week.
The story was much the same in Brisbane, where just 13.7 per cent of properties cleared over the weekend.
However, it wasn't all bad news. In Adelaide,60 per cent of properties cleared, while the clearance rate tipped 69.3 per cent in Melbourne.
The most expensive property sold over the weekend was a $3.27 million five-bedroom house in Albert Park, Victoria, while the least expensive was a two-bedroom unit in Windsor Gardens, Adelaide for $208,000.
