As national brand manager, Ms Dart will be responsible for leading and implementing the aggregator’s strategic marketing efforts to ensure that outsource Financial is well positioned and well communicated to its target audience.
Ms Sale stated Ms Dart was the ideal candidate for the newly established role.
“We are thrilled to announce the creation of a new role within our company — national brand manager. And are excited to advise that the right person for this role is Madeleine Dart,” Ms Sale said.
“I have no doubt that Madeleine will continue to grow our brand and market presence, as she already has been doing for years.
“As our company expands and grows, it is essential that we have an experienced and talented individual to oversee our brand strategy across the country.”
Ms Dart stated the new role is “a little bittersweet” as she exits her former role as Ms Sale’s executive assistant.
“Being Tanya’s EA is a foundational part of my professional identity. It will be a strange transition and yet I cannot contain my enthusiasm for this next step in my career,” Ms Dart added.
“Brand identity is a passion of mine and to have the opportunity to continue my work around marketing strategies and further brand development for outsource, in an official capacity, is a trajectory that has me very excited.”
Ms Sale further commented: “I have always envisioned big things for Madeleine. In my mind, and other highly respected individuals in this industry, Madeleine epitomises the qualities we want in young leadership and I look forward to following her journey on what I believe will be a very successful career.”
