For Mark Kevin, principal and director of Mortgage Advice Bureau Sydney, the core attraction of setting up a brokerage in 2020 wasn’t just helping borrowers but building a “scaled, profitable business”.
Fast forward to now and his brokerage — part of the Mortgage Advice Bureau network — has grown to five team members settling over $100 million in loans a year.
