Brokerversity - the new home of industry education
Brokerversity is LMG’s always-on, end-to-end digital training academy and platform. It’s flexible, with a combination of daily training or self-paced learning.
It’s a comprehensive, multi-solution platform designed to make learning easy, including:
- a personalised dashboard;
- CPD point tracking for courses;
- access to industry education events and communities;
- new and enhanced topic-focused courses for all skill and experience levels and any finance and mortgage broker industry professional.
The industry-built Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (FNS40821) and Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management (FNS50322) are more than just a piece of paper. LMG has partnered with Entry Education (RTO41529) to prepare students for brilliance from day one in the Mortgage and Finance Broking industry.
To the end of November, 4500 courses were completed on the platform.
Over 2024, there’s a lot more planned:
- Customised and pre-built learning plans and course bundles;
- CPD points tracked for time spent and events attended (currently only available on courses);
- Industry education news and update feed with posts;
- More features on the personalised dashboard.
Daily training to keep brokerages ahead of the curve
One of the legacies of Covid-19 are LMG’s daily online learning sessions, the Daily Thrives. Held on Monday to Thursday each week, members log on to an online webinar at lunchtime (AEDT) where subject matter experts deliver a deep-dive into a host of issues ranging from updates on MyCRM to new lender panel additions, compliance tips, CSM support and other topics that drive improvements.

Over 2024, LMG has planned 380 face-to-face events.

- LMG’s first-ever group awards night in Melbourne in August.
A team of true specialists in education

Leading the learning and development program is National Director-Broker Education, Louise Rainger. Ms Rainger brings to the program 17 years of experience in education, rising to become General Manager of international education franchisor Kumon’s US base. Before joining LMG this year, Ms Rainger spent three years as National Strategic Partnerships Manager at Commonwealth Bank.
It’s this specialist expertise that LMG is leveraging to deliver programs that are engaging, rich with content and inspire critical thinking that is needed in the modern workplace.
