The new initiative, Flame Office, gives brokers and accredited loan writers that work in the same office as a Flame broker access to their exclusive benefits, including a dedicated Flame Office processing team, upfront valuations, document printing, personal service from their own BDM, improved priority call routing and access to credit assessors.
“We understand that one of the key issues to brokers as they grow their business is the acquisition and retention of staff. We think being able to offer this proposition to your existing and potential staff will assist you in that growth as most of these high achiever programs are restricted to the principal,” St George’s general manager intermediary distribution Steven Heavey said.
Mr Heavey said the new initiative would make it easier for brokers to do business with the bank and will give them a point of difference with their customers.
“I hope that the introduction of Flame Office will further demonstrate our commitment to the broker channel,” he said.
