The Adviser has today revealed Larry Emdur as the MC for the Australian Broking Awards.
The Australian Broking Awards will be held at the Overseas Passenger Terminal in Sydney on 15 July 2011. The event will recognise the industry's leading brokers, broking groups and aggregators.

Partnered by the Commonwealth Bank, this prestigious awards luncheon features catering by ARIA and it will also host the final of the inaugural BrokerIQ quiz show.
Mr Emdur's services have been secured by entertainment partner St George Bank and it highlights an event that is tipped to be the industry luncheon of the year.
According to Alex Whitlock, group publisher of The Adviser, Mr Emdur was the perfect choice to MC the Australian Broking Awards.
“Larry’s been the face of many of Australia’s favourite television programs and will no doubt add a spark to the awards event. We are grateful to St George for providing such a high profile MC.
“Larry’s also synonymous with game shows in Australia, including the Price is Right, so he was the ideal choice to compere the finals of BrokerIQ – which will be held as part of the entertainment at the Australian Broking Awards,” he said.
Mr Emdur said he was excited about hosting this must-attend event.
“The Australian Broking Awards will be the mortgage industry luncheon of the year.
“Recognition of top performers is an important part of any industry and I look forward to playing my role as MC at such a prestigious event,” Mr Emdur said.
