The partnership between LJ Hooker and iProperty Group will allow the real estate agency to publish their 50,000 plus sales listings on the iProperty Group’s network of property portals in Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Macau and Singapore.
“The partnership means that when a vendor lists a property with LJ Hooker, that property will also be advertised on the iProperty Group’s network of property portals,” iProperty Group’s chief executive Shaun Di Gregorio said.
“At the same time the partnership is in line with our strategic mission to deliver more choice for our consumers who are in search of properties not only locally but increasingly abroad.”
Bill Russell, general manager international at LJ Hooker and head of network development said that growth in the Asian continent was vital.
“LJ Hooker is committed to growing and expanding the reach of our agents, not just in Australia and New Zealand but also in Asia,” he said.
“Our aim is to provide the best real estate experience and service for our customers and to continue to be the leading brand and the name that is synonymous with real estate.”
