According to The Adviser Group Publisher Alex Whitlock, the Australian Lending Awards has fast become the benchmark for customer service, product quality and broker proposition.
“As the most comprehensive research-based industry awards, the Australian Lending Awards has been quick to establish itself as the leading indicator for success in mortgage lending,” he said.
In addition to lender submissions and interviews, the Australian Lending Awards’ methodology also includes surveys of 500 mortgage brokers and 6,000 consumers.
“To be recognised as one of the country’s best mortgage lenders offers significant marketing opportunities in terms of attracting customers as well as keeping existing ones,” Mr Whitlock said.
The winners of the Australian Lending Awards 2013 will be revealed at a prestigious gala awards dinner at the Sofitel Sydney Wentworth on Friday 15 February 2013.
A joint initiative of The Adviser and RFi, the Australian Lending Awards forms part of the Australian Lending Summit.
The Australian Lending Summit 2013 also includes the Australian Mortgage Conference, which will take place on the same day as the awards dinner – Friday 15 February, 2013.
