100 loan consultants will join LJ Hooker’s real estate network by the end of the year in response to an increase in clients seeking refinancing.
LJ Hooker Financial Services general manager Peter Bromley told The Australian Financial Review today that refinancing inquiries, particularly among property investors, had accounted for a significant portion of the group’s 20 per cent growth in settlements.
