Almost all US housing markets suffered a decrease in value, figures from Radar Logic revealed yesterday.

According to the real estate data provider’s monthly housing market report, which measures prices per square foot, 23 out of 25 metropolitan statistical areas registered a drop in prices in a year on year basis to April 2008.
