Citibank has announced a special offer on its Mortgage Plus variable rate home loan package for loans with a loan to value ratio of up to 80 per cent.
A special rate of 4.84 per cent per annum is now available on loan applications to 30 November 2013.

Head of mortgages at Citibank in Australia, Vibha Coburn, said the lower rate provides an ideal platform for potential customers to consider a Citibank Mortgage Plus home loan.
“Our new introductory rate of 4.84 per cent per annum provides a compelling offer for new customers looking for a new home loan,” she said.
“Recent RFi research shows that 59 per cent of customers would prefer to spend less on their lifestyle if it meant paying off their mortgage early,” she added.
