Westpac has rewarded Vision Aggregation’s ‘Super Back Office’ with a platinum award, ensuring all loans processed by the team will be a high priority for the lender.
The back-office loan processing service from Vision has aimed to provide brokers with a new way to do business, and according to director Matt Ivers, the award shows they have delivered.

“Our Super Back Office has been together for nearly 10 years and we have developed processes to provide our brokers and lender partners with superior quality service” he said.
Mr Ivers said he was grateful for the support shown by Westpac.
Tony MacRae, general manager of third party mortgage broker distribution at Westpac, said he liked the Vision Aggregation model.
“The vast majority of Vision Aggregation brokers use Super Back Office, which means only a few loan processing staff will need to contact the Westpac platinum processing team in Adelaide,” Mr MacRae said.
“This means that the Westpac loan processing staff and Vision's team can build a strong working relationship that will lead to better service to brokers and borrowers.”
Speaking with The Adviser, Mr Ivers said the efficiencies created by the product were utilised by upwards of two thirds of Vision brokers.
“It delivers on quality for the brokers as well as the banks, and it’s great to see that it’s been acknowledged by Westpac in this way.”
