A top aggregator is now offering business coaching and support to its brokers.
Vision Aggregation has teamed up with FrontRunner Consulting Group’s Doug Mathlin to offer additional business support, with the aim of improving the efficiency and bottom line of their brokers.

The service is available as part of the aggregator’s ‘accelerate’ package, which costs brokers $100 per month on top of the standard ‘Access’ package rates.
Vision director Matt Ivers said he is pleased to offer brokers the support they need to grow and control their business, adding there is no more experienced or proven person in the industry to provide this service than Mr Mathlin.
Mr Mathlin said that he is thrilled to provide services to Vision and the aggregator’s brokers.
“Vision has built an aggregation model purely with the broker in mind.
“They can have the price-leading package, a package that includes professional development and coaching specifically designed for business owner brokers, or they can have the package that includes all of this and loan processing,” he said.
