CBA will bid farewell to third-party stalwart Kathy Cummings, the executive general manager third party and mobile banking.

“After 19 years and 15 of these building CBA’s presence in the mortgage broking channel, ‘it’s time’ to firstly take a break and then pursue the next big challenge,” she wrote.
With mixed emotions, Ms Cummings said she had enjoyed the challenges and triumphs that leading the third party team has provided.
“The mortgage broking industry in Australia is a rewarding vibrant and ever changing business and I wish you… every success in the future.”
Following Kathy’s departure, the mobile banking team led by James Sheffield will return to the branch network under Lyn McGrath, executive general manager retail sales.
Lyn Cobley, executive general manager of retail products and customers will assume responsibility for the sales support and channel development led by Simon Elwig; and the broker sales service and cross sell team led by Sam Boer.
“I thank you for the great spirit of partnership and support that you… have afforded both me personally and the CBA team,” Ms Cummings concluded.
