Australian First Mortgage has appointed industry veteran Rob Maloney as a credit services officer for NSW.
Mr Maloney is a 33-year veteran of the industry and previously served as national sales and credit manager at BMC Mortgage Corporation.

“I am looking forward to further develop my own abilities as well as formulating cross-functional decisions with an understanding based on my many years of experience in the financial services sector,” he said.
Managing director David White said an increase in volumes at Australian First Mortgage had resulted in several internal promotions as well as reshuffling of existing staff to sales positions.
“Looking after our broker channel with quick turnarounds on credit decisions is our priority, and with Rob’s wealth of experience we are confident our established service commitment will be maintained,” Mr White said.
“Rob is a high-calibre credit officer with a deep understanding of the rigours of the non-bank and mortgage broker channel. I am confident he will add significant value to the organisation.”
Australian First Mortgage recently promoted Rob Legge from credit manager to the key sales position of NSW business manager.
Mr White said AFM wanted to recruit more BDMs for NSW, Victoria and Queensland.
