Bendigo retail executive Dennis Bice said the award was recognition of the time and effort put in by the 300 staff nationwide.
“We’re pleased to be recognised as Business Bank of the Year for a fourth year running, which shows that regardless of business size, operation or annual turnover, banking with Bendigo Bank provides beneficial outcomes for all stakeholders,” he said.
The award follows Bendigo’s appointment of Stephan Gorman as the head of business banking and the recent launch of miBanker, an app designed to deliver “real-time banking advice 24/7”.
“We constantly strive to improve our offering, always seeking bigger and better ways of doing business, and we hope that effort continues to achieve consistently high customer service,” Mr Bice said.
"2014 was a great year to be a business customer with our bank, but exciting developments already implemented this year are set to make the customer experience even better.’’
