ANZ has once again topped the majors in terms of customer satisfaction, according to the latest TNS Business Finance Monitor (BFM) report.
Last year, ANZ recorded the highest level of satisfaction of the big four at 73.6 per cent, followed by Westpac at 71.3 per cent, CBA at 67.9 per cent and NAB at 67.5 per cent.

In the six months to January 2010, ANZ managed to retain its number one spot, however, customer satisfaction for the major did drop slightly to 72.6 per cent.
Westpac once again placed second with 70.5 per cent of customers saying they were happy with the major, while NAB came in third with 67.3 per cent and CBA fourth with 65.1 per cent.
Yesterday, ANZ announced that it would not only revise some of its lending policies but also upgrade its mortgage processing capacity in order to take on more borrowers and ramp up its presence in the mortgage market.
