Australia’s largest mortgage lender has announced the appointment of its new head of third party for NSW.
In a note to CBA staff this morning, CBA general manager of broker sales Sam Boer revealed that Irene Rowlands has been appointed to the position of head of third-party banking distribution NSW/ACT, home buying.

“Irene has over 22 years' finance industry experience, most recently as a retail general manager and prior to that head of sales performance. Irene’s deep and diverse experience across customer experience, service strategy, change and sales puts her in great stead to take on this key role within our business,” Mr Boer said.
“As head of third-party banking distribution NSW/ACT, home buying, Irene will bring her business acumen and leadership skills to work with internal and external stakeholders and business partners to help us deliver on our vision of securing and enhancing the financial wellbeing of people, businesses and communities.”
Ms Rowlands will commence in the role Monday, 19 September 2016.
