Westpac’s NSW state general manager of third-party distribution will head up broker sales at a leading specialist lender in 2017.
Pepper Group today revealed that Aaron Milburn has been appointed as director of sales and distribution.

Mr Milburn brings extensive industry experience to Pepper Group, previously working as Westpac’s NSW general manager for brokers. Prior to joining the Westpac Group he was head of broker distribution at Citi for three years.
Pepper’s managing director — Australian mortgages and personal loans, Mario Rehayem, said an appointment of this calibre will build on the strong success of the lending business in Australia which offers mortgage, automotive and personal loans to Australians.
“Aaron brings strong leadership skills, a passion for education and deep relationships with the Australian broker network, which makes him an ideal fit for Pepper’s team and culture,” he said.
“We're excited to have Aaron onboard to support the many new initiatives we have planned for the business in 2017 and beyond.”
