The bank’s new proprietary rewards program NAB Rewards provides customers with the opportunity to redeem points on more than 1,500 goods and services, access a range of flights through Webjet, and take up offers through NAB’s partnership with the Australian Football League.
Commenting on the new development, NAB general manager of broker distribution Steve Kane explained: “Through NAB Rewards, customers can decide exactly how they wish to redeem their points, whether that’s $1,800 on Coles or Bunnings gift cards, a well-earned holiday, or items to add the finishing touches to their new home.”
Mr Kane highlighted that the rewards program will help brokers deliver good service to their clients.
“We remain absolutely committed to supporting brokers, and [this initiative] is just an example of how NAB is listening to our brokers to help shape an unbelievably good broker-customer experience,” he said.
