An online marketplace lender has announced the addition of two new appointments to its marketing and sales team.
Small business finance provider TruePillars has named Laurie Beatrice as head of partnerships and Jane Harris as head of marketing and communications, effective immediately.

Mr Beatrice will be responsible for developing partnerships with brokers and driving business growth.
The new head of partnerships has over 20 years of experience in the sector, specialising in working capital solutions. He most recently served as senior manager of cash flow management at the Bank of Melbourne from 2014 to 2018, and has previously held the same role at the Bank of South Australia from 2010 to 2013.
Ms Harris holds 15 years of experience in marketing and communications. She most recently served as head of marketing at Copia Investment Partners from 2015 to 2018, and has previously held roles at Goldman Sachs, Mercer and IOOF.
Chief executive officer and co-founder of TruePillars John Baini welcomed the appointments.

Their extensive lending and investments experience will be a real asset to the business and will help us broaden our reach and profile among brokers, investors and small to medium business borrowers,” the CEO said.
