The survey found that 75.5 per cent of ANZ customers were satisfied with the bank.
CBA achieved a satisfaction rating of 74 per cent, followed by NAB on 71.5 per cent.
Westpac was ranked last with a satisfaction rating of 70.6 per cent, and was the only major to experience a decline in customer satisfaction over the past year.
