Australian Broking Awards 2020

The Adviser, in partnership with Heritage Bank, is pleased to announce the finalists for the Regional Office and Office of the Year - Franchise categories for the Australian Broking Awards 2020.

This year, finalists for the Australian Broking Awards (ABAs) are being revealed by category over the course of two weeks (ending 3 July).

This new approach aims to showcase the outstanding achievements of our finalists in each hotly contested category, with each finalist having a dedicated profile page to display their valuable contribution in strengthening Australia’s broking profession.

Regional Office of the Year

This award recognises the individual office in a regional location that has most effectively driven business growth over the calendar year 2019.

Complementing the Regional Broker of the Year award, this group award recognises the combined efforts of a brokerage working in the towns, small cities and areas that lie beyond the major capital cities (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and Canberra), celebrating the group efforts of an entire office.

There are 10 finalists for this group category this year, from regional NSW, Queensland and Victoria.

Office of the Year - Franchise

Another group award is the Office of the Year - Franchise, which honours the individual franchise office that most effectively drove business growth over the calendar year 2019 across all product sectors, utilising a range of business development principles and tactics.

There are six offices in the running for this award this year, including four Mortgage Choice franchises, a Yellow Brick Road franchise and a MoneyQuest office.

This year’s awards will be delivered through our first-ever virtual awards broadcast on the evening of Thursday, 16 July, which will bring the excitement and fanfare straight to your homes as we look to recognise the achievements of talented professionals leading the way.
