Ms Brooks, who will take up her new position on Monday (21 March), will be the key point of contact for Earlypay’s partners, which include aggregators and brokers.
She will report to Lee Trego, who has recently taken up the new role of national head of growth at Earlypay to grow customer numbers across all products and expand distribution channels, product enhancement and client experience.
According to Earlypay chief executive Daniel Riley, one of the first tasks Ms Brooks will be assigned with will be “speaking to these key and valued referral channel partners, to understand what we do well today, but more importantly what else we can do to support and educate them and their clients to further grow their business”.
Mr Riley commented: “Donelle is incredibly well respected across the broker channel nationally, while her attitude and energy is the ideal fit for the culture of Earlypay.
“We feel the strength and experience Donelle has, combined with the product suite of Earlypay, is an ideal fit.
“It was clear from the start that Donelle sees the potential for further growth in the broker channel.”
Speaking of her new role, Ms Brooks said: “I’m most looking forward to working with the team to achieve significant growth across the partner channels. The first few months will be head down as I understand and nurture existing relationships and develop strong new ones.
“I am passionate about education and will look forward to developing a learning hub that will help brokers understand and identify the most untapped product in the market.
“I’ve heard amazing things about the Earlypay culture and I am thrilled to be starting my journey there.”
Given Ms Brooks’s new role, Lend has appointed former Lumi senior business development manager Andrew Beckett into the position of head of broker and third-party distribution. Mr Beckett joined Lend earlier this month, working with Ms Brooks as she hands over the reins.
